Living in unison with nature is a basic principle that was taken into account at the RIVA even as the hotel was being designed: through an energy-efficient and environmentally friendly energy concept -  with materials that provide cooling in summer and store heat in winter; and, of course, with the hotel’s orientation towards the lake – a constant reminder of just how close to nature you are here.
